Year-Round Breakdown

For GiveGab's Giving Day clients, the project management team wants to empower them as much as possible. To do that, they created a communication guide that broke down when things should be done by for Giving Days to be able to raise as much as possible within 24 hours. Many Giving Day clients don't have their own marketing team so guides like these are crucial. The Year-Round Breakdown is a 23 page manual that outlines a timeline from 12 weeks before the giving day to 6-8 months after the giving day and what major objective each section should be completing. Two versions were designed: one for digital and one for print for those who wanted to physically fill out.
